[Natsuru stands at the door to her closet, dressed in nothing but her bra and panties, and purses her lips in what appears to be very intense thought. There are just so many options. She'd never quite gotten the hang of what to select for which situations. Not like Nari, who always seemed to have ideas to help with.

Her cheeks turn a little pink just thinking about Nari now. They'd grown so much closer than she'd ever thought possible. She never went shopping without her, and if she had to guess, most of these clothes were actually picked for her. But she doesn't mind. It's kind of flattering, actually, knowing that Nari thinks so highly of her ability to pull off all kinds of outfits. But she trusts the other woman's judgement so much, it's... basically become an unspoken agreement that Nari puts together Natsuru's outfits for her when they go out. Even just trying to imagine coordinating something from this collection is a little daunting.

So she looks a little relieved, and lets out a small breath she'd been holding, when Nari appears in the doorway again.]

Nari...

[She smiles, the blush on her cheeks refusing to go away. Even now, dropping honorifics when speaking to her feels a bit... intimate.]

[The secret to how Nari always know what Natsuru should wear? It's what looks nice when Natsuru dresses in it. Watching a perfect girl, in her mind, be draped in fabrics that just enhance those natural curves made her feel exhilarated. She could watch Natsuru get dressed and model for days!

Today the redhead was in a blue kind of mood. She herself was wearing a light blue sundress, a small sunflower sewn at the bottom of the hem. It was paired off with a cropped denim jacket and knee high, dark brown boots, and white tights. So Natsuru would have to match somehow. Not exactly, but at least complimentary.]

Hmm... Do you have something in light pink?

[Of course Natsuru does. Nari had gotten the other a dress a while ago that would be perfect.]

[Funny, she has very similar thoughts about Nari whenever she sees her. The other woman doesn't seem the type to model clothes in quite the same way she encourages and enjoys seeing with Natsuru. But whatever she wears, it always looks so... her. The sundress is a little more feminine than some things she's seen Nari wear, even with the boots and denim jacket completing the look. It's all Nari's style, and it complements the pretty redhead's looks perfectly as far as Natsuru's concerned.]

[It took her a second to snap out of her own admiration of Nari, and answer with a sheepish smile. She knows she has plenty of pink in her wardrobe, so there must be something in a light pink. Something suited to the warmer weather lately, too, obviously.

Soon enough, she's holding that very dress up against herself, looking to Nari for an opinion.]

[She's still blushing, realizing anew just how pretty this dress is. It's so delicate and feminine and flirty, and it doesn't even escape Natsuru's notice how it would complement and contrast Nari's outfit. Nari really does have such great instincts for this sort of thing. Is it any surprise Natsuru trusts her so completely?]

[ it's a thursday afternoon in biology class. biology is certainly not kasumi's strong suit, but she's trucking through the class as best as she can. today's the day that their professor is supposed to start giving out the rubric for an upcoming pair project, and kasumi, not really knowing many of her classmates, is beyond nervous for the selection.

will she get one of the delinquents who doesn't care about school? someone who doesn't even come to class? maybe someone whom she has nothing in common with, and that'll be a little awkward, but...

she's far too shy to reach out and approach anyone herself, so she sits in her seat, observing as classmates partner up. eventually there's barely anyone left. so...she starts searching, scanning the room for anyone else looking to partner up. ]

[She won't get a delinquent. She'll get a guy who just has a temper. Roxas dislikes that this is one of those classes that none of his friends are in, else he would have paired up with one of them. It was unfortunate, but it left him sitting and waiting to see if there was any stragglers like him who were taking their time in picking partners.

He starts looking around the room to see who isn't paired up when he makes eye contact with one of the people he hasn't even talked to in class. A girl he's never even really noticed before. She... seems as desperate for a partner as him... so he gets up and heads over, giving her a smile.]

[It wasn't every day that Riku travelled to Wonderland. Hearing stories about being stuck upside-down, about how food and drink can change you in a multitude of ways... he wasn't sure he was ever ready for such a random place. Normally, he just offered it to Sora. The other kid's been there before and should know how to handle it.

But today, the other keybearer was preoccupied, so it was up to Riku to dip his toes into the weird wacky world of Wonderland.]

[Roxas had been here before. It was always as strange or stranger than the first time he's been here.

Seeing Riku here was on the "stranger than before" meter. The blond stands behind a tree and watches the other boy, curious about what he was doing there instead of Sora.]

[She hadn't thought it would be this bad.

Light showers was all the forecasters predicted for today. But by the time the rain clouds rolled in, far darker and stormier looking than just "light showers", the wind had already picked up. The waves intensified and grew, and Aqua and her board were too far out from shore to be able to paddle back safely.

She went under, tossed around like a ragdoll under the strength and pressure of the waves and storm, eventually losing consciousness. It's only by some miracle that her surf board remained intact, and her leash didn't cause any further problems.

What's probably hours later, the blue surfer is washed up on the shore or some unknown beach, probably miles from home, still unconscious and with her board banged and scratched up.]

[Luna never stuck close to the surface during storms. Even as a mermaid, the currents were dangerous and could carry heavy objects or sharp projectiles that could hurt even her. The fish around there were restless and far more likely for violence due to fear as well.

But something compelled her to stick close that day.

Seeing surfers was normal by now, but never in such bad weather. So when she spies one being dragged under the water, her first instinct isn't to swim away, but it's to help. She manages to get a few dolphins to keep the board from being swept away as she herself went to save the young woman.

Together with her friends, she gets the young woman into a quiet cove, away from the stormy waters. When the beach clears up Luna recruits some of the animals on the shore to gently help take the stranger onto the beach. Now all she can do is wait and see if her efforts were enough to keep this human alive as she hides behind a boulder.]

[ yui is sort of extra. she'd agreed to meet up with nari at the zoo, which is fine and all, but she's brought with her an umbrella?? and it's huge and pink and definitely made for a rainy day, but she's using it to block the sun out. she hates the heat and hates getting sunburnt among other things, so she won't be hard to spot by the time nari arrives.

honestly, the zoo isn't really her thing, but it's an excuse to hang out with nari, so yui is going to take it.

she's waiting right outside of the entrance. her umbrella is most certainly out. ]

[Nari loves animals, and it was a surprise that Yui wanted to come along. The redhead reminds herself constantly that she needs to not just chatter away about each animal... She knew that was something that annoyed others enough that no one wants to ever go anywhere with her. Yui was important enough to her that'd she would work hard to control herself.

At least today with her usual sundress, light green with lilac flowers on it, to wear sandals instead of hiking boots. She felt like being cute would be todays theme.

She has to suppress a giggle when she sees the umbrella. It's adorable...]

[There was a point in their time together where they were just mere acquaintances, never crossing that boundary of friendship until someone finally managed to push past that. Perhaps not just someone because Izumo knows how much Nari is haunted by his past, the way it took some time for the other man to be able to trust him. Their relationship was far from simple, especially when it's no secret one wrong move could start something between them.

Izumo has opted to spend a night with Nari, waiting for the other man to come back from who knows where, but it's okay.

He's got Nari's cats to keep him busy, the little critters immediately falling in love with Izumo and deciding that he'd make the perfect pillow to sleep and perch on. Izumo makes a soft sound when one of them paws at his pant leg.]

[There's a lot to be thankful for when it comes to Izumo. Mostly the patience the man seems to have when it comes to Nari. Not a lot of people would be or are willing to put up with every single little problem the redhead can have about interpersonal relationships of any kind. The only people who have ever gotten close to him to the point of him being willing to call them friend without rejecting him where far from here. Something to be happy and not about.

Where Nari goes is something even he doesn't know most of the time. Today though? It was hunting for rare books. There's quite a few in his arms when he steps in to see Izumo and the cats.]

..... well. You're a ladies man from the looks of it. [Does the blond know that all the cats happen to be female? He knows now!]

[Travelling to different regions was always a strange mix of terrifying and exciting. Sure Aqua and her friends have gone around and visited other regions, but this is the first time she's really away from Terra, Ven and her Master. It was by choice of course. They all chose to go their separate ways for the time being, wanting to explore different regions and hoping to grow and train a little differently.

Alola was Aqua's choice, while the boys chose to go to Kanto and Johto. The islands were interesting. A little further away than she'd like, but the differences between the islands and the ecosystems and the Pokemon was something that attracted her to this place. It seemed so unique and picturesque and was surrounded by water of course.

Luckily, she wasn't alone. With Rouge the Stufful at her feet, she turns to her companion. There's something about travelling with other people and Pokemon that was just so... pleasant. It's always better to share good memories with other people anyways.]

Looks like we'll be docking at Poni Island soon. I can see it coming up now!

[Lunafreya was used to the life of a noble, being taken everywhere she needed to go. Yet it was nice to finally be able to travel freely without worrying about bodyguards. Meeting a fellow traveler who didn't mind company a was a huge bonus.

Her Mightyena, Umbra, sat on her right while her Rockruff, Pryna, sat on her left. Always vigilant and guarding her.]

It is spectacular. I have never seen water so blue before. Are you prepared for your next set of trials?

[It's been some time since they've finally been given their own bodies, Sora fulfilling his promise to them at long last. It really isn't surprise that there's a need to separate in the meantime, find their own paths once more even while being drawn into the crux of the war. They didn't have much time for leisure, but it's good to find a way to catch up with old and lost friends.

Ventus, in a way, finds himself envious of the others - of Roxas and Xion - for that. For having their friends so close while his friends were still lost in the darkness.

At some point, Sora thought it'd be a good idea to take all of them to Radiant Garden, wanting them to explore more and while Ventus had wanted to stick close to him or to any of the others, he felt...bad and is quick to wander off. Rather, sometimes being around Roxas can be a little awkward and it might be better to give the other blond some distance after being stuck in a heart together for so long.

Who knows. Maybe he might be able to run into a few old friends here in the meantime, possibly being gone long enough where the others would have to search for him.]

[Finding it awkward at first when they had their own bodies again, Roxas quickly found that he misses it a little. Knowing where everyone was had become a comfort. Now? Sometimes he wouldn't know where anyone was until they met up at a prearranged area and time.

So watching as the others run off to do their own things has Roxas feeling a little blue. Even Xion had been dragged off for a "girls day" by Kairi, Sora following Mickey and Riku to chatter away at them about new missions. It's enough to make him feel left out in all of this.

You know it's bad when even Lea says he has something he needs to do.

The only thing the blond can think of doing is wandering around till something strikes his mood. That's how he comes across Ventus, perking up at his lookalike, then backing up a bit. Ventus didn't seem to want to be around him... so should Roxas leave? He turns on his heel and bumps into a flowerpot, sending the blooms and ceramic to the ground with a loud clatter.

Great....... there goes stealth and getting away.]
